skin toner: RICE WATER SKIN TIGHTENING AND BRIGHTENING TONER

• 2 TBSP RICE • 1/2 CUP DISTILLED WATER • 2 TSPS ROSE WATER • 1/2 TSP VITAMIN E OIL • SPRAY BOTTLE
1 Soak the rice in the distilled water for three to four hours.
2 Strain the water and transfer it into a clean spray bottle.
3 To the rice water, add the rose water and vitamin E oil. Shake well to combine.
4 Ensure your shake the mixture well before use. You can store this in a refrigerator for up to two weeks.
